Spoke 9 aims to create a faithful digital representation of the social and organizational structures of cities, communities, and their citizens. Through digital twins, it improves the ability to replicate and understand the functioning and behaviors of cities and societies, predict future evolutions, and support the testing of policies and protocols aimed at changing behaviors of cities and communities.
