SWEN actively develops and maintains academic software used in research and education worldwide. Our tools span model-driven engineering, software performance analysis, software architecture, and recommender systems for developers. Contributions are welcome.
Jjodel
Cloud-based metamodeling workbench for research and education. Version 3.0 (September 2026) brings a new transformation engine (JjTL), a unified expression language (JjEL), JjScript automation, the Jjodie AI assistant and a redesigned UI. Real-time collaboration, nothing to install.
JMT
Open-source suite for queueing network modelling and workload analysis. Originally developed at Politecnico di Milano, now maintained under SWEN supervision.
